At alittle tashi, the food is inspired by a medley of flavours anchored by Asian roots
If there is any way to describe alittle tashi and its food, it would be… modern fusion ‘tze char’. You can expect to find sophisticated yet complex flavours and an interesting mashup of different Asian cuisines on the menu.
Every item on its menu, from the drinks to bar bites, and the mains were thought up carefully with a lot of creativity and experimentation. Ingredients that you think will not go well together, such as dipping pickled beetroots into Korean hot sauce, tasted surprisingly pleasant, which eventually grew on us as we went for seconds.
The food at alittle tashi may seem familiar at first glance but the flavours are not and may confuse you ‘a little’ as you savour. However, we recommend keeping an open mind as you might just find something that would surprise your taste buds.
