Marked with a cross on the top and commonly eaten on Good Friday, a hot cross bun is a spiced sweet bun traditionally made with dried fruits and raisins. However, as a multicultural nation who loves to eat, the hot cross buns found in Singapore comes in a variety of local-inspired flavours. This is one of the more local-inspired hot cross bun. Interestingly it tasted really good! The richness of the pandan is complimented by the refreshing crunch from the shredded coconut bits. A definite Singapore must-try!

Goodwood Park is known for their durian this, durian that and durian everything. Sadly, there isn’t a durian hot cross bun. However, if they do have durian hot cross bun, it will definitely stand out and do very well. Having said that, the Classic Hot Cross Bun is by far of the best quality, moist and sweet in every bite.
