Ginett is a new buzzy bistro-style restaurant and wine bar in the heart of Singapore’s Arts District.
Opened all day every day, this trendy and cosy venue is located within Hotel G Singapore, a new boutique hotel formerly known as BIG Hotel with a chic makeover.
Before you read any further, this is an important PSA for wine lovers. HAPPY HOUR ALL DAY!!! Choose from more than 15 varieties of wine, sparkling or champagne by the glass and pair it with some imported cold cuts and cheese without breaking your bank – at only $6 per glass and $30 per bottle.
Enjoy super affordable brunch with your friends from 11am to 4pm on the weekends – with dishes starting from $10, brunch never tasted better! Items like the Duck Gravy, a warming dish of shredded duck meat sandwiched between two sunny side up eggs and crispy hash browns in slow-cooked duck gravy, as well as the Smoked Salmon Egg Cocotte, slow cooked eggs and smoked salmon dish prepared and served in a cocotte, are just some of the must-have. With so many eggquisite selection to choose from, it’s hard not to crack a pun.
Hearty eaters can also feast on the restaurant’s charcoal grill signature dishes such as cuts of Australian Angus Beef, Kurobuta Pork and Organic Lamb Chops cooked on a bed of apple wood charcoal for that extra aroma. Just look at how succulent the Pork Belly is – grilled to perfection served atop some mashed potatoes drizzled with chimichurri sauce. Other mains such as the Tagliatelle Salmon in a creamy white wine sauce are also palatable and worth the extra calories.
And if you happen to work around the Dhoby Ghaut or Bugis area, you should definitely pop-by for their two-course lunch set priced at $18 nett. Pick any delicious and hearty salads, pastas and sandwiches from the à la carte menu and sneak in a little treat with desserts.
