Expect gourmet sweets and desserts paired with fine oriental tea sourced from around the world at this quaint little patisserie along Tras Street.
Nesuto is the newest cake shop to join the likes of Cake Spade, Chef Yamashita and Flor Patisserie in the Tanjong Pagar district, making it truly a sweet and toothsome neighbourhood.
At first glance, nothing quite sets Nesuto apart from the other patisseries in the vicinity. But the proof is in the pudding; so give it a try and be on your way to sugary wonderland!
Signature cakes includes the Yuzu Raspberry, a Japanese cotton sponge filled with zesty frozen raspberry between each layer then glazed with a yuzu meringue mousse, and the Le ‘Omm’, which is Nesuto’s take on the widely popular matcha cake with a twist, by using mascarpone cheese instead of cream and introducing a hint of rum to cut the overall sweetness. Simply made with much dedication and attention to details.
Other desserts on the menu also consist of Nesuto’s entremet selection (tiny whole dessert on a plate) such as the Noisette Rocher – otherwise known as a giant Ferrero – and the Suzette, a dense dessert made with vanilla bavaroise and orange caramel.

If you still cannot get enough, Nesuto will be launching their plated desserts such as the Duo Creme Brulee at the end of May; now ain’t that something to look forward to.
