BRIDGE, is a cafe by day and restaurant & bar by night. If you are running out of brunch options and looking for a quiet place to chill on the weekends (with alcohol of course), this may be the right spot for you.

This place serves a very upscale menu, nothing on it was simple in terms of technique. The meticulous chef prepares and plates every dish with a level of dedication and artistry. It basically fine-dining brunch at an affordable price but do note that brunch is only available on weekends.

The food is modern contemporary european and we ordered the 62°C Egg and A-S-S. Sounds really interesting doesn’t it? The 62°C Egg is a sous vide egg with sautéed wild mushrooms, chicken jus and prosciutto di parma on top of a bed of truffle mash potato. And A-S-S is scrambled eggs, smashed avocado, smoked salmon with tomato and corn salsa on top of a pair of toasted sourdoughs.

Salivating yet? ‘Nuff said, get your brunch forking fix now!
