Artemis presents fresh seasonal produce and larger portions abound this Spring!

Recently crowned one of the world’s most incredible rooftops by BBC; Artemis at CapitaGreen continues to delight and surprise diners with its ever-inventive and beautifully plated modern dishes in its new Spring menu, paying homage to Mediterranean cuisine.

This Spring, Chef Fernando Arevalo takes diners on a journey of flavours using only the freshest, heirloom produce from artisan suppliers who share the restaurant’s commitment to quality and sustainability. Artemis also prides itself in only utilising meats that are grass-fed and hormone-free, sustainably sourced seafood, as well as having a wide selection of vegetarian and gluten-free options, catering to a wide customer base.

We also got to fork some of the dishes from the new seasonal menu and here are just some of our top picks! The Smoked Eel is the perfect medley and marriage of white asparagus, forest mushrooms, garlic flower, and salty fingers on a plate, which is a light and smooth starter that opens up your discerning palette for more. We also loved the Sylvain Erhardt – which is a rather unique dish by itself – a vegetarian friendly option featuring seasonal fresh asparagus stuffed with cheese, served atop a bed of comté fondant, garnished with pimento pepper and macadamia nuts.

Moving on to mains… the real stars of the show. The Slow Cooked Iberico Pork truly will melt in your mouth. Prepared with a special marinade that consists of squid ink and more, then slowly cooked to medium perfection for that succulent texture, with only the diners’ indulgence in mind.

For something less hearty, opt for the Beetroot Gnocchi (vegetarian option) a refreshing and flavourful dish that is sure to satisfy you. A toss up of celeriac, snow peas, brussels sprout leaves, breakfast radish, basil, feta, walnuts and beetroot infused gnoochi is definitely the definition of Spring on a plate!

While you’re at it, don’t forget to order one of Artemis’ signature cocktails to complement your dining experience – It is really damn good.

And if you’re thinking of where to bring mum this Mother’s Day, why not head to Artemis and try out their new menu. Make your reservations now because they will be open on Sunday (14th May), from11.30am to 2.30pm, and is offering a specially-crafted Mother’s Day a-la-carte lunch menu!
