The newest addition to join the vibrant local dining scene is Racines. The word, Racines is the French word for Roots, which is eponymous to the culinary team’s inspirations and influences. Racines features traditional French classics alongside refined local Chinese delicacies.
The menu is designed to take diners on an epicurean journey of authentic familiar flavours that are true to their roots with dishes that are handcrafted using the finest and sustainable produce and ingredients. The restaurant offers daily buffet breakfast, set lunches and a signature à la carte menu option. Curated and themed champagne brunches on weekends will also be a part of Racines’ culinary attractions.
